When I started at PACT in the winter of 2021, preparations were well underway for what was to be the first large-scale, in-person event in the Philadelphia area in the midst of the pandemic. I was expected to jump right in and come up with a promotional campaign to sell tickets.
It was to be held at the Springfield Country Club so what better way to promote it than create an homage to The Simpsons. I had our hosts Dean Miller and Stephanie Humphrey "Simpsonized", as well as our Lifetime Achievement Award Winner and local Entrepreneur Josh Kopelman.
We used this theme in our e-mail, web, print and social media campaigns and repurposed it as motion graphics video as well. Almost 500 people attended which was mindblowing for June of 2021 before vaccinations rolled out. Nobody got sick!
This is from a Call Center trade show scavenger hunt that included an online and in-person component. We announced via-social media where our booth was and we also hid these envelopes around the trade show.
Evolve had a relationship with Villanova Men's Basketball coach Jay Wright. Jay would do meet and greet events for sales prospects. This campaign generally included direct-mail and e-mail blasts. We supplied winners with signed photos and books and mailed tickets to people. We also did a direct mail campaign with him that would give prospects a signed photo of Jay for taking a call with our sales staff.
PACT Philadelphia and Ben Franklin Technology Partners co-manage an initiative called Mentor Connect. They pair local startup founders with seasoned, C-level pros for guidance and advice. There was a need for more mentors so we created a campaign to highlight our existing "Most Valuable Mentors" to showcase how great they are and how gratifying mentoring work can be. Ben Franklin Sent an e-mail and created a blog post, PACT handled Social Posts and Technical.ly Media did a featured article
