Intealth as a brand is still in its infancy but its nonprofit divisions, ECFMG and FAIMER, have been established in the global healthcare education field for decades. My role existed to partner with executive leadership to support the new brand's evolution and bring a marketing forward focus to strategy.

  • Managing Creative Services team responsible for hundreds of pieces of unique Marketing visual communications contributing to overall brand awareness

  • Leading a total revamp and consolidation of all Intealth social media channels reaching an audience of 130,000

  • Transitioning to a metric-driven focus on branding, email marketing, events and social media with a priority placed on Google Analytics for all campaigns

  • Developing relations with external vendors, agencies, social media influencers and internal executive leadership

  • Developing an extensive style guide featuring guidelines for logos, colors, typography and communications

  • Transitioning a library of hundreds of .PDF's to paperless communications

Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technology (PACT) - Director of Content Marketing and PR

PACT provides connectivity for Philly area businesses and entrepreneurs.  I helped facilitate those connections through Marketing, Design, Video, Social Media, E-mail campaigns and PR not only for PACT but for our hundreds of member companies.  I spearheaded the redevelopment of the website, increased Twitter and LinkedIn followers/impressions by over 300% followers in the first 8 months (Over 800 new organic followers) and revamped the entire brand look and voice.  Successes included:

  • Leading a full brand and voice refresh via-social media, email marketing, and a full website rebrand and launch

  • Production of hundreds of lead generation emails that were sent to segmented lists with sustained open rate growth of over 10%

I was hired as part of the Marketing team at this SaaS cloud company with 125 employees looking to improve their multimedia capabilities. As we expanded to over 400 employees and 8 global offices, I progressed from Multimedia Designer to Creative Director/Senior Strategist and Multimedia Designer. All departments used my creative services regularly, which led to the production of over 500 content pieces per year.  Responsibilities included:

  • Production of thousands of pieces of print, digital and video content for this global multi-million dollar company

  • Developing Marketing campaigns through mail, video and social media outlets that engaged 100,000+ prospects

  • Mentoring a team of 7 associates by providing art direction and approval of visual media assets to ensure brand guidelines were met along with standards in quality and consistency  

  • Collaborating with executives and global associates to strategize creative solutions, including video, to amplify the brand

  • Creation of content for billboards to reach targeted audiences through a branded partnership with Villanova men's basketball coach Jay Wright, resulting in over 100K impressions across 5 locations
